Lee's Birthday Wish

In 2004, Lee made a call to Distress Centre's crisis line. At the time,
she was feeling desperate, anxious and seriously considering suicide as a
way out. Since then, Lee has gotten the help and support that she
needed and she leads a full, happy life with her husband and two
daughters. This year, Lee turns 40 and her goal is to raise $40,000 for
Distress Centre. Lee bravely tells her personal story in order to help
others; reducing mental health stigma and advocating for suicide
